RETURN POLICY (WITHDRAWAL) AND CANCELLATION

Case 1: Cancellation

Once the order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

If your order is still in our facilities, it can be modified or cancelled. 

If your order has already been processed, and has left our facilities towards the destination, the customer will assume the cancellation fees. 

Case 2: Returns due to purchase withdrawal

If after the purchase of your Bioithas product you decide that you do not need it, your purchase may be refunded provided that you indicate it within a period of 10 calendar days after receipt.

Requirements for return

  • We will only accept the return of all those products that are intact, and have not been opened, and the safety film of the product has not been removed.  
  • The user will bear the costs of the return.
  • Once the return request is received, we will proceed to refund the economic amount paid for the returned product or products, discounting the shipping costs to that amount.
  • The payment will always be made through the same form of payment used by the client or, failing that, by bank transfer. Include a copy of the purchase receipt that we sent you when you made the purchase.   

What to do to request a return?

  • Contact us stating the number of the order you wish to return.  
  • Prepare the package for the return, including a copy of the purchase receipt that we sent you when you made the purchase. 
  • Once we receive the products, we will examine them, and we will indicate whether you are entitled to a refund of the amounts paid, or not. We will deduct the shipping costs, from this amount.
  • The refund process will take place within 14 days from the date we receive the product. 
  • The refund will be carried out through the same payment method with which the purchase was made.

Case 3: Returns for defective product

In cases where you consider that at the time of delivery the product does not conform to its description or is defective, you can reclaim it within a period of 10 calendar days after receipt by following the steps defined below.  

  • Contact us indicating the order number of your purchase and attach a photo of it.    
  • After examining the images, we will confirm whether you are entitled to a refund, or not.
  • Prepare the package for its return, including a copy of the purchase receipt that we sent you when you made the purchase.  

The refund process will take place within 14 days from the date we receive the product. 

The refund will be carried out through the same payment method with which the purchase was made.
